QuickPlace
Lotus QuickPlace is a full service Web tool for team collaboration. With QuickPlace, you and your team have a secure, flexible, online workspace for collaboration anytime and anywhere.
- "Quick" - QuickPlaces can be requested by filling out a requested form at: notes.udayton.edu. Once created you can use a QuickPlace immediately without installing any special software on your computer. All you need is an Internet connection, a Web browser, and a QuickPlace username and password.
- "Place" - QuickPlaces can be modified, customized, and shaped to meet the needs and personality of your team or group. Think of a QuickPlace as your team's home on the Web. Each QuickPlace has at least one manager, who can customize the QuickPlace, who controls access to the QuickPlace, and who will provide you with access instructions. Once you have logged into your QuickPlace, you can begin using it to create and edit documents, share files, communicate with your team, and engage in other collaborative activities.
